Compensation: $1,200 – $1,600/month USD + commission, depending on experience

We’re seeking a driven and organized Leasing & Acquisitions Sales Assistant to join a fast-growing real estate investment team. This is a junior-level, remote role ideal for someone who’s confident on the phone, keeps systems tight, and loves the idea of working on real estate deals from end to end.The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong English communication skills, an eye for detail, and the hustle to power through cold outreach while keeping the CRM spotless. You’ll play a key role supporting both leasing and acquisitions as the portfolio scales across the U.S.Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to potential tenants and property owners using structured scripts and questionnaires
  • Represent leasing opportunities and gather interest from qualified prospects
  • Conduct cold outreach to property owners to explore acquisition potential
  • Keep CRM data updated and organized, ensuring no lead slips through the cracks
  • Coordinate follow-ups, third-party vendors, and steps in the transaction lifecycle
  • Support the Leasing & Acquisitions team by staying on top of active deals and tasks
  • Contribute to pipeline health and reporting through consistent tracking and communication
Must-Have Qualifications:
  • Excellent spoken and written English with a professional, confident phone presence
  • Strong organizational skills; comfortable working in a CRM and following structured processes
  • Proactive and energetic with a self-starter mindset — no hand-holding needed
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet work-from-home setup
Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience in real estate, leasing, or acquisitions
  • Background in cold calling, customer service, or sales support
  • Familiarity with U.S. property markets or deal processes
  • Experience working remotely with U.S.-based teams
