This role offers the opportunity to work on both renewable energy projects and corporate banking & finance facilities agreements, providing expert legal counsel to top-tier clients.Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality legal advice and services in banking and finance matters.
Work on renewable energy projects, including project financing and development.
Draft, review, and negotiate corporate banking & finance facilities agreements.
Collaborate with a team of experienced professionals to deliver strategic solutions.
Assist in business development and client retention efforts.

The ideal candidate will have:

Qualifications: Admitted attorney with an LLB degree.
Experience: Strong background in banking and finance law. Experience in renewable energy projects is highly desirable.
Legal Expertise: Excellent judgment, ethics, and professional reputation.
Attention to Detail: Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
Leadership & Teamwork: Ability to mentor junior staff and work collaboratively.
Business Acumen: A proven track record of profitable personal production and compliance with administrative policies.
