Job Summary We are looking for a detail-orientated and proactive Administrative Support professional to assist our Systems Analyst Team with coordination, documentation, and general administrative tasks. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of system-related processes, stakeholder communication, and internal reporting. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Systems Analyst Team, including meeting coordination, agenda preparation, and follow-up actions. Maintain and update system documentation, user manuals, and project tracking logs. Assist with capturing and monitoring support tickets, task lists, and project milestones. Coordinate communication between analysts, developers, internal teams, and external stakeholders. Monitor deadlines and ensure timely follow-up on assigned tasks. Manage and organise shared folders, documentation libraries, and project files. Key Requirements Previous experience in an administrative support role, preferably within an IT or systems environment. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Preferred Qualifications Grade 12 (Matric) Certificate - essential. Familiarity with administrative and system support processes.
