It’s the Golden Rule – the simple idea that if you treat people well, the way you would like to be treated, they will do the same.” – Isadore Sharp, Founder and Chairman Four Seasons Hotels and ResortsJob SummaryOur Core team is dedicated to accommodating guest requests from the ordinary to the extraordinary.Key Activities:The Core Agent is responsible for providing general information about the hotel and assisting callers.Capture sales from in-coming reservations calls and coordinate details of each reservation.Run appropriate reports checking to ensure each guests reservation is set up correctly.Process reservations from the sales office, other hotel departments and travel agentsComply with Four Seasons standards for sales and marketing, while working harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and planning committeeMaintain general knowledge of hotel and promotions to answer any guest inquiriesAssist guests looking to make restaurant and spa reservationsLearn more about
