Job Summary Description:
Hire Resolve's client is currently seeking an experienced Mine Overseer to join their reputable mining company based in Limpopo. As a Mine Overseer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all mining operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and achieving production targets.Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all mining operations, including drilling, blasting, and loading of minerals.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Develop and implement production plans to achieve production targets.
Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and optimize production processes.
Manage a team of mining personnel, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare and maintain reports and documentation related to mining activities.

Requirements:

Grade 12
5 years experience as a Mine Overseer in the platinum mining industry.
Mine Overseer's Certificate of Competency.
First Aid Certificate
5 years experience in a trackless mining environment.
Knowledge of mining regulations and safety standards.
Understanding of the Mining Charter
