- Marketing Campaigns
- Assist in planning, executing, and managing marketing campaigns to increase customer engagement and sales.
- Work with external agencies and partners to develop creative assets, promotional materials, and advertisements.
- Coordinate seasonal and promotional events to maximize traffic and sales.
- Digital Marketing & Social Media:
- Manage social media accounts and ensure content aligns with the brand’s voice.
- Develop content for digital platforms, including websites, email newsletters, and social media channels, i.e FB/Instagram/Tiktok
- Track and report on the effectiveness of digital campaigns and suggest improvements.
- Brand Management:
- Ensure consistency in the marketing materials and communications for the shopping centre’s branding.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of promotional materials (e.g., flyers, posters, newsletters) for events, and special promotions.
- Customer & Community Engagement:
- Organize and promote community events, store openings, and in-centre promotions.
- Build relationships with tenants and assist with their individual marketing needs.
- Coordinate loyalty programs, contests, and giveaways to drive foot traffic and customer engagement.
- Market Research & Reporting:
- Prepare monthly reports on marketing activities, customer insights, and foot traffic data to assess campaign success.
- Event Coordination:
- Coordinate logistics for in-centre events, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to budget.
- Collaborate with tenants, vendors, and the management team to ensure event success.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail or shopping centers.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, social media, and content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and social media management tools, i.e FB/Instagram and TikTok. Although we do have an external service provider who do all our designs for our big campaigns
- Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices is an advantage.
