Junior GIS Data & Market Analyst

- Collect, analyse, interrogate and interpret data in line with applicable methodologies and standards.
- Work with Senior Associates to compile feasibility studies for numerous well-known retail portfolios within Africa.
- Delivery of assigned projects in line with specific Key Performance Indicator parameters (time, quality, cost, value).
- Report writing (conceptual to final stages)
- Create accurate market demand models
- Type of Projects / Reports: Retail Feasibility Reports, Site Assessments, Network/Portfolio Planning Analyses, ESRI online dashboarding and viewers.
- Bachelor's Degree in Property, Town & Regional Planning, Business, GIS or a related field is required.
- At least 1 year of experience working with feasibility studies.
- ESRI ArcGIS knowledge and application.
- High proficiency with Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline-oriented work environment.
- Ability to 'think retail'
- Previous exposure to feasibility studies is preferable.
- Foundational understanding of data science with exposure to Microsoft PowerBi and Alteryx will be beneficial.
