A Vacancy exists for a Catering Supervisor in the Catering Department. The successful candidate will report directly to the Catering Manager.Critical Outputs:Co-ordination of Patient menus and special patient diets.
Stock control, stock issuing and stock receiving
Serving and portion control
Quality control
Supervision during food preparations
Hygiene and safety
Training and development of staff
Budget controlRequirements:N Dip Food & Beverage Management or Equivalent
Some industry experience would be an advantage
Meal preparation
Must be able to work under pressure
Must be able to handle every situation with a positive attitude.
Strong leadership and trustworthy
Previous Catering experience would be a requirement.
Must have interpersonal skills and be accurate and systematic in your work capabilities
