Professional Experience:

A minimum of 8 years of experience in a systems engineering or senior infrastructure role.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent real-world experience.
Proven experience in leading backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Willingness to participate in an on-call standby rotation and travel occasionally.
Technical Skills:

Deep expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Exchange/Microsoft 365.
Proficiency with virtualization technologies, specifically Nutanix.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, with a focus on Microsoft Azure.
Strong scripting abilities, particularly with PowerShell.
Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST or CIS Controls.
