- Personal Assistant to General Works Manager
- Overseas and local travel arrangements
- Scheduling of meetings, training, conferences and workshops
- Liaison with various stakeholders
- Management report preparations
- Cost Control
- Office Cash Management
- General office administration and filing
- Any other activities of a clerical nature
