Hire Resolve is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Foreign Treasury & Financial Institution Manager to join our client's team. As the Foreign Treasury & Financial Institution Manager, you will be responsible for managing foreign exchange operations and relationships with financial institutions. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of foreign currencies and financial transactions for Hire Resolve.Responsibilities

Manage and oversee foreign exchange operations for Hire Resolve
Monitor and analyze foreign exchange markets and trends
Develop and implement foreign exchange strategies to optimize currency conversions and minimize foreign exchange risk
Manage relationships with financial institutions, including banks, brokers, and other service providers
Negotiate and execute foreign exchange transactions
Ensure compliance with foreign exchange regulations and internal policies
Manage cash flows and liquidity in foreign currencies
Monitor and reconcile foreign bank accounts and transactions
Prepare and present reports on foreign exchange activities and performance

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in foreign exchange operations or treasury management
Strong knowledge of foreign exchange markets and currency hedging strategies
Experience in managing relationships with financial institutions
Familiarity with foreign exchange regulations and compliance requirements
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
