We're working with a dynamic, purpose-led fintech player that’s redefining convenience and access for the mass market – and they’re looking for a Senior Brand Manager to lead the charge on one of SA’s fastest-growing brands.Brand Strategy & Growth Develop and drive brand strategy across key initiatives and customer segments. Lead go-to-market plans with data-backed positioning that packs a punch. Hunt down growth opportunities and embed customer-centricity into every moveCampaign Execution Craft integrated campaigns across above-the-line, digital, and in-store channels. Manage creatives, media, and production agencies like a boss. Align internal teams on rollout plans, performance goals, and messaging.Insight & Innovation Stay one step ahead with market trend analysis, competitor tracking, and brand health reporting. Run and interpret consumer research to shape messaging that resonates.Content & Creative Direction Own the brand’s tone of voice, visuals, and storytelling across platforms. Collaborate with content, digital, and design teams to keep it fresh and consistent.Skills & Experience (Not negotiable):
5+ years’ experience in brand management or senior marketing roles
Strong ATL, digital, and integrated campaign experience
A deep understanding of South African consumer dynamics – especially in mass-market spaces
Killer project management and reporting skills
A commercial mindset and obsession with real results
