The Labournet Group is currently experiencing tremendous growth and as such we're constantly searching for top talent.Job DescriptionThe Client Relationship Consultant (CRC) is responsible for establishing relationships through engaging with prospective clients and existing clients. Through these engagements, the CRC will be expected to generate new business through identifying prospective clients' needs and infiltrating their existing client base for cross service/solution initiatives. The CRC is ultimately responsible for increasing new clients both in number and value.You have the opportunity to improve compliance in this position.

  • Meet monthly sales objectives based on the number of sales and rand value, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
  • Increase market penetration by identifying and acquiring new clients, and expanding the company's customer base.
  • Enhance product saturation by cross-selling additional services and products to existing clients, driving overall sales growth.
  • Draft and present tailored proposals, product, and service presentations to prospective clients, ensuring a compelling pitch.
  • Schedule and confirm presentations or meetings with prospects within 24-48 hours of receiving a lead to maintain momentum.
  • Provide timely quotations and all necessary documentation to prospective clients following client engagements to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Maintain and manage an up-to-date sales pipeline, tracking client engagement and sales progress.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Actively participate in industry networking events and engage in online platforms, including LinkedIn, to create brand awareness and develop professional relationships.
  • Document and report client interactions via the Client Management System (CMS).

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in professional business-to-business sales roles
  • BA/BCom Degree in Law/HR/Business Management/ Sales or related field or relevant diploma
  • Demonstrated history of:
  • Marketing and selling of professional consulting products & services
  • Development of client relationship strategies for sales and retention
  • Development of client satisfaction strategies and measurement tools
  • Preparing of budgets, business proposals and client presentations
  • Networking and building of pipelines
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
