- Actively seek new sales opportunities and develop a solid pipeline of potential clients for the assigned territory.
- Qualifying new business opportunities within the targeted markets through high-level prospecting, and sales discovery initiatives.
- Gain an understanding of customers specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet them.
- Engage with prospective clients via phone calls, emails, and online communication channels (MS Teams & ZOOM) to introduce our products/services and establish rapport.
- Meeting set targets and working closely with the Business Development Manager by methodically working on and following up on a variety of pro-active sales activity.
- Consistently achieving quarterly and annual KPIs
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and opportunities in Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with the Business Development Manager throughout the complete sales cycle
- Implement territory sales action plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Utilise CRM systems and sales tools to track interactions, update customer records, and generate sales reports.
- Weekly reporting on sales progress and submit accurate forecasts on opportunities
- Preparing and drafting proposals and quotes.
- At least 2 years proven experience in a software solution sales role.
- Proven ability to prospect through companies to identify the correct individuals
- Proven capability of running a full sales cycle, from finding a new opportunity to closing of deals
- Demonstrated track-record in achieving targets and capable of hitting sales KPI activity levels
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools/software.
- Excellent presentation capability
- Target-driven, dynamic, and confident, with a proven track record
- Fast learner with a passion for sales
- Ability to initiate conversations with senior personnel
- Ability to ask questions that demonstrate understanding

- Bachelors degree or Diploma in Sales or Marketing
- Familiarity with CRM systems and cloud-based software solutions is a plus
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Good command of Portuguese is an advantage for this role
- 2 years in a similar role
- Proven experience in sales - internal sales
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build rapport virtually with clients.
- Be self-motivated and a collaborative team player - You will collaborate closely with the Business Development
- Manager, Sales Development Representatives and Pre-Sales to effectively complete the sales cycle.
- Your interpersonal skills will help you to build strong relationships with clients so that you can understand their needs
- and provide tailored solutions
