QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED

Must be professionally registered with ECSA not negotiable
Minimum 5 years post-registration (Candidate registrations will not be considered)
Based in the Western Cape
3 + years of Consulting experience is a MUST
Able to work in an open office environment with other professionals
Experience in government health projects is advantageous or at least experience in high complexity construction projects not negotiable
Sound working knowledge and experience with JBCC 6.2 Principal Building Agreement is essential. exposure to NEC 3 & 4 contracts is beneficial
Experience with project-specific cash flow projections (Construction and PSP fees) is beneficial
Able to work under strict deadlines
Proficient in MS Word & Excel & Outlook
Strong formal writing skillset
Strong administration skills
English as a first language
Very well spoken and clear communication
