We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Retail Sales Promoters and Associates. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products to customers in a retail setting. You will assist customers with product selection, provide information on products, and ensure a positive shopping experience.Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Promote and sell products to customers
- Provide product information and answer customer inquiries
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of products
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Collaborate with team members and management to achieve business objectivesRequirements:- High school diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent
- Previous retail or sales experience(not a must)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
