If you're passionate about sales, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love helping clients find smart label solutions, this is your opportunity to grow with a reputable brand.Key ResponsibilitiesProspect and onboard new customers in the Industrial sectorDrive sales of labels and label consumables by following a structured sales processGrow market share by generating leads, cold calling, and setting up client meetingsConduct client site audits to better understand customer requirementsPrepare and present tailored quotations based on client needsEnsure high customer service standards by managing orders, backlogs, and sample requestsBuild strong long-term client relationships and ensure client satisfactionManage complaints professionally and ensure timely resolutionsUpdate CRM system (Skynamo) regularly and provide accurate sales reportsAttend sales meetings and performance reviews with your Sales ManagerMinimum RequirementsGrade 12 / Matric3-4 years of technical field sales experience (preferably in Industrial or Label Sales)Proven track record in following and executing a structured sales processStrong negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skillsSelf-motivated, target-driven, and solutions-focusedProfessional, disciplined, and eager to grow through company-led development
