
Civil Procurement Manager - Construction Industry

- National Diploma/BTech degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement management in the civil construction sector
- Proven experience managing procurement team for construction projects
- Strong background in construction (civil engineering beneficial) materials and principles, supply chain management
- Familiarity with procurement and ERP software (e.g., BuildSmart, MS Projects or similar) with proficiency in MS Office
- Contracts Management skills
- Good business ethics
- B-BBEE Compliance knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High level of integrity, organisation skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements and industry standards
- Adaptability and Resilience
- Leadership and team management capabilities
