- Guide and support stakeholders through transformation and digitisation initiatives, ensuring readiness and adoption.
- Design and deliver stakeholder engagement, communications, and change roadmaps.
- Translate complex digital and AI-related programmes into clear and actionable change journeys.
- Develop and implement training, readiness assessments, and adoption metrics.
- Proven senior-level experience in change management for large-scale transformation programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and support HR leaders.
- Familiarity with AI and modern platforms (experience with Microsoft Fabric is highly advantageous).
- Track record of enabling adoption and cultural alignment during digital transformation.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
