● Design and produce digital assets such as banners, carousels, and social media graphics for campaigns and brand communications.
● Create visually impactful PowerPoint presentations and digital collateral.
● Adapt and optimize designs for different digital platforms and formats.
● Collaborate with creative, marketing, and account teams in Belgium via digital platforms.
● Ensure brand consistency and high-quality standards across all deliverables.
● Stay updated with the latest digital design trends, tools, and technologies.
● Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently in a remote setting.Requirements
● 1-4 years of experience in digital design or a similar hybrid role.
● Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of digital work (banners, social media, presentations, etc.).
● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), Figma, and PowerPoint.
● Experience designing for social media, web, and digital campaigns.
● Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and digital best practices.
● Excellent communication skills in English.
● Proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.Preferred Skills
● Experience with animation or motion graphics (After Effects or similar).
● Familiarity with feed-based advertising and automation tools.
● Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
● Interest in AI-assisted design tools and workflow automation.Additional Notes
● This is a hybrid digital design role, not a pure graphic design or coding position. The focus is on versatility, creativity, and digital execution across multiple formats and platforms.
