- Identifying and securing new business across commercial, industrial, and government sectors
- Managing tender submissions, proposals, and bid documentation
- Nurturing and expanding client relationships
- Conducting site visits, technical assessments, and solution presentations
- Tracking market trends and competitor activities
- Collaborating with internal teams to align technical solutions with client needs
- Meeting sales targets and reporting on pipeline activity using CRM systems
- Matric + relevant post-matric qualification
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development or technical sales
- PSIRA and SAQCC (Fire Detection and/or Gas Suppression) registration
- Proven experience in tendering and technical solution selling
- Strong understanding of fire protection and electronic security systems (e.g., CCTV, access control)
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and basic network infrastructure
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
- Strong communication and negotiation ability
- Technically minded with commercial acumen
- Self-starter who can also collaborate in teams

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
