The successful candidate will assist attorneys with legal research, document preparation, case management, and administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the firm.Salary: Depends on experienceMinimum Requirements:Matric with Paralegal certificate, diploma, or relevant qualification3+ years' experience in a paralegal or legal assistant role (law firm experience preferred)Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and documentationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and legal practice management softwareExceptional organisational and time management skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamKey Responsibilities:Draft, review, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and contracts.Conduct legal research and compile findings for attorney review.Organise and maintain case files, both electronic and physical.Assist with the preparation and filing of court documents and pleadings.Liaise with clients, courts, and other stakeholders on behalf of attorneys.Manage attorneys' calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.Assist with discovery processes, including document collection and review.Prepare summaries, reports, and case chronologies as required.Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Perform general administrative duties to support the legal team.Please apply onlineFROGG Recruitment
