- 3-5 years of professional experience in the photovoltaic (PV) industry, focusing on system design and feasibility analysis.
- Proven expertise in solar and BESS technologies.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to confidently engage with clients, explain technical concepts and foster strong relationships.
- Own transport and valid driver's license required.
