SEO and Paid Media Specialist - GautengFull job descriptionJob Description: SEO and Paid Media SpecialistOverview: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled SEO and Paid Media Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase organic search visibility, drive website traffic, and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of SEO principles, paid media channels, and analytical tools to drive impactful results.Responsibilities:Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and enhance user engagement.Conduct keyword research, analysis, and optimisation to identify growth opportunities and drive targeted traffic.Optimise website content, meta tags, and on-page elements for improved search engine visibility and user experience.Perform technical SEO audits and collaborate with web development teams to address issues and implement best practices.Monitor and analyse website performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO software.Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram Tiktok and Youtube AdsManage budgets, bid strategies, and ad creative to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign performance to optimize conversion rates and improve campaign efficiency.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, algorithms, and best practices in SEO and paid media to ensure our strategies remain competitive.Collaborate cross-functionally with content creators, designers, and other team members to align SEO and paid media efforts with overall marketing objectives.Key Performance Areas (KPAs):SEO Strategy and ImplementationKeyword Research and OptimisationOn-Page and Technical SEOPaid Media Campaign ManagementBudget Management and OptimisationAnalytics and ReportingContinuous Learning and Development in SEO and Paid Media PracticesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.Proven experience in SEO and paid media management, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.Hands-on experience with paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or related disciplines are a plus.Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):Do you have your own Device, Wifi and are you able to work if power interruptions arise?Application Deadline: 2024/04/05
