We're seeking enthusiastic, guest-centric call centre agents to assist international clientele with memory-making journeys across the globe.Responsibilities-Manage the complete guest journey-Deliver best-in-class luxury service via phone, video chat, email, live chat, or in person.-Cultivate strong relationships with global Travel Advisors and guests.-Act as an expert in our CRM and booking platforms-Offer feedback and suggestions to enhance customer support processes and service excellence.Requirements-Language fluency in English-Minimum 1 year of experience in a contact centre or similar hospitality sales role — luxury travel background is a big plus.-Previous experience with IT applications including CRM software & booking platforms-Flexibility to work full-time on rotating shifts, including weekends, to support global clientele.-A genuine interest in global travel and destinations.Package-Basic: R 15,900-Incentive: R 4,400 (max)-Night Shift Allowance: R 2,121.39-Transport Allowance: R 2,168-Medical Aid/Insurance (max: R1,100)-Pension Fund: 10%If you are interested in working in an international, high-performance environment with passionate peers, please send your CV to
