- Assist the sales team in managing client accounts, including processing orders, preparing quotes, and handling enquiries
- Coordinate & maintain campaigns, activations and teams involved
- Identify, approach & call on potential clients
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or in-person, providing timely and professional assistance.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and other materials as needed
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure alignment and support in achieving sales objectives
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management
