Job DescriptionThe Clinical Nurse Leader (CNL) will be responsible to implement and deliver safe, competent and person-centred quality nursing and clinical care, to provide quality assurance and ensure execution on prescribed treatment plans within the clinical units in the most cost effective and efficient way. The incumbent will act as a clinical resource and a leader for all nursing and clinical related functions.Registered with the South African Nursing Council as a Registered Nurse.Relevant Clinical experience post qualification in private sector.1 - 2 Years' experience in a leadership role.
