  • Matric
  • 2 – 4 years of experience as a receptionist
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
DUTIES:
  • Greet visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and accurately
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries
  • Provide administrative support to various departments (including data entry, filing, and document handling)
  • Manage meeting room bookings and prepare refreshments for meetings
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies, placing orders when necessary
  • Assist with staff communications and general office coordination
  • Assist with processing online orders
  • Capture online orders accurately and efficiently
HOURS:
  • Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00
  • Friday: 08:00 – 15:30
