Head Guide

• Lead and mentor a team of field guides and trackers
• Conduct exceptional game drives and bush walks for guests
• Ensure all guiding activities meet the lodges luxury service standards
• Coordinate scheduling, training, and performance of guiding staff
• Oversee vehicle and equipment maintenance and readiness
• Liaise with lodge management on guest experience and bush activities

• FGASA Level 2 (or higher) with Lead Trails Guide qualification
• Valid ARH, PDP, First Aid Level 1
• Minimum 4-5 years experience as a guide, with leadership exposure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Deep knowledge of flora, fauna, and conservation ethics
• Well-groomed, professional, and guest-focused
