Opportunity for a Senior Finance Manager (3 month contract)My client is looking for a qualified CA(SA) to fill the Senior Finance Manager position at a leading company in the supply chain sector. This well-established global organisation has been operating for nearly 30 years. The role is pivotal, offering the chance to make an immediate impact, with strong potential for permanent placement. This is a 3-month contract ideal for candidates who are available to start immediately.Duties:

Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering high performance and collaboration.
Oversee all financial operations, ensuring compliance with statutory and tax requirements.
Drive accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Implement and optimise financial systems, ensuring robust controls and efficiency.
Partner with senior stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.

Education and experience:

Chartered Accountant CA(SA) qualification.
7–10 years post-articles experience in a similar role.
Strong management experience with proven success in leading sizeable finance teams.
Extensive systems knowledge with a solid track record in tax compliance and reporting.
Industry background in shipping, freight forwarding, supply chain, or logistics.
