RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Shift Millwright to join our client's team. As a Shift Millwright, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and equipment during different shifts. You will be responsible for maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
Repair or replace defective parts
Conduct preventive maintenance activities
Collaborate with the production team to ensure optimal machine performance
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
Keep accurate records of maintenance activities

Requirements

N2 with Mathematics and Science
Trade Test Certificate as a Millwright
Minimum of 3 years of plant experience as a qualified millwright.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
