Your Mission:

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the spare parts stores, including receiving, binning, issuing, and returning of materials.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using SAP (MM Module)
Ensure compliance with regular cycle counts and annual stock take; investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Ensure parts are stored, handled, and labeled in accordance with Mondi and industry standards.
Collaborate closely with maintenance, procurement, and MRP teams to ensure part availability and timely service support.
Lead and motivate a team of store personnel, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven culture.
Operate effectively within a unionized environment, maintaining positive employee relations and resolving issues constructively.
Enforce compliance with workplace safety regulations, standards, and company procedures.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in inventory control and warehouse processes.

Your profile:

Matric with Maths + Trade Tested Artisan with minimum or relevant National Diploma OR
Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
3 to 5 years of experience in spare parts inventory or warehouse supervision
Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop teams.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on team collaboration and employee engagement.
Proficiency in SAP (MM Module) and SAP PM will be advantageous
Solid knowledge of inventory control practices and health & safety standards.
Valid South African driver's license
