
Sales & Division Manager

- Lead & manage a team of 10 Business Development professionals focused on UK outbound sales
- Drive weekly KPIs around lead contact, follow-up, pipeline conversion & revenue
- Design & implement scalable sales processes, coaching frameworks, and outreach templates
- Train the team on best practices in outreach, objection handling, compliance selling & tech stack usage
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align division goals with company revenue objectives
- Increase engagement & conversions across all prospecting channels: phone, video, email, and LinkedIn
- Bring operational oversight to all campaigns through dashboards, call reviews, and performance tracking
- Minimum Bachelors Degree (Commerce, Business, or related)
- At least 5 years of experience managing KPI-driven sales teams
- Background in Employer of Record (EOR), Outsourcing, Offshoring, or HR/Payroll tech industries
- Deep understanding of co-employment models, global hiring, and South African labour legislation
- Proven experience in building & managing outbound B2B sales teams
- High proficiency with Close CRM, Manatal ATS, and modern sales engagement tools
- Tech-savvy, results-oriented, and comfortable with data & automation
- Cape Town-based, able to work from our CBD office at least once per week
