Plan, schedule, and manage construction projects from inception to completion
Coordinate with engineers, architects, suppliers, subcontractors, and stakeholdersManage budgets, timelines, procurement, and resource allocationMonitor site activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standardsPrepare progress reports and handle documentation for internal and external partiesOversee contract management and ensure adherence to GCC, FIDIC, or similar frameworksIdentify and mitigate project risks and develop contingency plansQualificationsBSc / BTech / Diploma Mechanical or Civil Engineering * ECSA and/or SACPCMP registration (preferred or to be obtained within the first year)Valid driver’s licenseProficient in MS Projects and MS Office SuiteSkillsStrong background in construction of wastewater and water treatment works, pump stations, and pipelinesExperience with FIDIC, GCC, JBCC and CIDB regulationsQuality assurance and control experience essentialExcellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skillsPrevious experience at companies such as Murray & Roberts, SAME, PCI International, or Agendal is advantageousBenefitsCompany vehicle & petrol cardLaptop & cellphone50% Medical Aid contribution50% Pension contribution
