- Coordinate all procurement related iProc transactions (i.e. requisitions, amendments)
- Convert purchase requisitions in to purchase orders
- Approving requisitions
- Challenge non-compliant requisitions
- Point of contact for administrators on existing transactions
- Allocate catalogue additions & amendments to Procurement Specialists
- Coordinate catalogue updates between administrators and Global catalogue team
- Communicate with administrators on long standing open orders
- Send weekly reports on open purchase orders
- Report justifications and statuses
- Finding resolution to problematic transactions with Business and Finance
- Matric
- Tertiary Qualification (preferred) in Procurement or Administration
- 3 years' Experience in Procurement administration
- Procurement
