We are seeking matriculated individuals who are eager to learn and develop their skills through a learnership program. This learnership will provide hands-on experience and training in a designated field, ultimately aiming to prepare participants for meaningful employment opportunities. The successful candidates will be exposed to various aspects of the industry, encouraging personal growth and professional development. This learnership program offers an excellent opportunity for matriculants to kickstart their careers and gain valuable work experience.Responsibilities:
1. Participate fully in the learnership program, attending all scheduled training sessions and workshops.
2. Acquire and apply theoretical knowledge and practical skills, as instructed by the training facilitators.
3. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the designated field and its industry standards.
4. Take part in various practical assignments, projects, and assessments to enhance learning and gauge progress.
5. Follow all safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures throughout the program.
6. Collaborate with fellow learners to support a conducive learning environment and exchange knowledge and ideas.
7. Show dedication, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn and engage in assigned tasks.
8. Demonstrate good time management skills, completing assignments and responsibilities within specified deadlines.
9. Seek guidance and ask questions whenever necessary to ensure understanding and gain the most from the program.
10. Maintain accurate records and documentation of training activities, achievements, and evaluations.Requirements:
1. Must have completed matric (Grade 12) within the past two years or be currently in matric.
2. Possess a valid matric certificate or provisional results indicating successful completion of Grade 12.
3. Be a South African citizen or hold a valid work permit.
4. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
5. Display strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and flexibility.
7. Show a keen interest in the designated industry and a commitment to pursuing a career in the field.
8. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
9. Demonstrate a positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn from others.
10. No previous work experience required; however, any relevant work experience or volunteer work will be considered a plus.Please note that this learnership program is specifically designed for matriculants and aims to provide entry-level training and hands-on experience in a designated industry. Successful completion of the program does not guarantee immediate employment but enhances employment prospects by equipping participants with relevant skills and experience.
