  • Design and support the delivery of technical solutions across applications, infrastructure, and integration, translating stakeholder requirements into functional and technical architectures.
  • Ensure technical solutions comply with IT governance and security requirements, collaborating with Information Security teams on data privacy, access control, and secure integration.
  • Integrate AI capabilities (e.g., chatbots, automation, data-driven decision support) into enterprise solutions and stay informed on emerging AI/ML and cloud-native technologies.
  • Work cross-functionally with stakeholders, presenting business-aligned solutions, and contribute to architecture review sessions and technical planning.
  • Identify opportunities for system improvements, automation, and efficiency, and provide technical input during vendor evaluations.
  • Support audits and risk assessments for IT solutions, and mentor junior team members or contribute to knowledge-sharing.
What our client is looking for:
  • A relevant tertiary qualification would be beneficial (Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, etc.)
  • Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., AWS, Azure Solution Architect, AWS/Azure Cloud Certification, TOGAF, etc.)
  • 5-8 years in IT, with 2-4 years in solution/security design or architecture support.
  • Proven experience in implementing and architecting ERP systems (ideally SAGE Intacct), with deep familiarity with its modules, integration, and configuration.
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, and familiarity with APIs, microservices, containerization, and DevOps practices.
  • Understanding of AI/ML concepts (e.g., machine learning, NLP, automation tools).
  • Strong understanding of IT solution design across applications, integrations, data, and infrastructure, coupled with knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST) and cloud security best practices.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, a growth mindset, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Comfortable working in both agile and structured project environments.
