- 5+ years’ experience in operations or supply chain, ideally in a regulated industry.
- Strong understanding of planning, inventory, logistics, and manufacturing systems.
- Experience with ERP systems and tools like Excel (PivotTables), MS Project, etc.
- Great communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Willing to travel as needed to manage supplier relationships.
- We prefer someone with a relevant degree or a high-level diploma.
- Experience in the medical, automotive, or broader manufacturing sectors would be highly beneficial.
