Setting of daily output rates with individual lines.3 - Manning Levels - Ensure factory manned to meet demand continuously4 - Quality of work - Ensure all products are manufactured to specifications & continuousimprovement reports are actioned5 - Plant & Machinery - Reduce downtime on machine delay continuously6 - Production Control - Low W.I.P levels & batches closed on a Monthly basis7 - Create good production environment where all employees have equal opportunity to perform at their best.8 - Produce product of a high level of quality.9 - Maintain good housekeeping practices.10 - Identify & correct poor work habits.11 - Initiate & motivate continuous productivity improvements.12 - Create respectful relationship with all superiors, peers’ subordinates, clients & suppliers.13 - Discipline: Set the standard in respect of time keeping (time management) absenteeism &poor workmanshipWork RemotelyNoJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
