Tower/Mast High Site Engineer

• Ensure equipment maintenance by conducting inspections and repairs on telecommunication equipment installed on towers.
• Set up and configure network equipment and antennas to ensure optimal network performance.
• Identify and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and maintain network reliability.
• Ensure that all work adheres to safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other engineering and technical teams to optimise network performance, resolve complex issues and implement upgrades or expansions.

• Experience in telecommunications
• ExperienceExperience with RF installation, configuration and equipment
• Proficiency in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Mikrotik and Ubiquiti equipment.
• Fall protection and rescue training essential - Certification demonstrating the ability to safely climb and work at heights
• A foundational understanding of networking principles, protocols, and configurations, which may include knowledge of IP addressing, routing, and network troubleshooting.
• CPR and first aid certifications a plus
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Comfortable working at heights in various weather conditions
