- Design and implement a cohesive content marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives.
- Manage and guide a team of writers and designers to produce a variety of content formats, including blogs, ebooks, newsletters, and social media posts.
- Identify target audiences and tailor content accordingly to foster engagement and conversion.
- Perform keyword research and SEO optimization to enhance content visibility and attract organic traffic.
- Analyze content performance using marketing analytics tools and adjust strategies based on data insights.
- Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all planned materials while meeting deadlines.
- Coordinate with the sales and product teams to highlight key messages in our content.
- 3+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in the B2B sector.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating your writing skills and successful content campaigns.
- Excellent knowledge of SEO best practices and content management systems.
- Outstanding editing and proofreading abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work on time.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive content decisions.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and effectively communicate ideas.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Familiarity with email marketing and social media platforms is a plus.
- Experience in the recruitment industry is advantageous but not required.
