Content Marketing ManagerLocation: Fully Remote (South Africa)
Working Hours: UK Hours (Monday to Friday)
Salary: R35,000 - R45,000 per month (depending on experience)Job OverviewRemote Recruitment is seeking a talented Content Marketing Manager to lead our content strategy and execution efforts. You will play a critical role in shaping our brand's voice, driving engagement, and generating demand through compelling content. In this position, you will collaborate with various teams to create high-quality content that not only informs but also resonates with our audience.The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and a knack for producing engaging content.   • Design and implement a cohesive content marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Manage and guide a team of writers and designers to produce a variety of content formats, including blogs, ebooks, newsletters, and social media posts.
  • Identify target audiences and tailor content accordingly to foster engagement and conversion.
  • Perform keyword research and SEO optimization to enhance content visibility and attract organic traffic.
  • Analyze content performance using marketing analytics tools and adjust strategies based on data insights.
  • Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all planned materials while meeting deadlines.
  • Coordinate with the sales and product teams to highlight key messages in our content.
RequirementsQualifications and Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in the B2B sector.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating your writing skills and successful content campaigns.
  • Excellent knowledge of SEO best practices and content management systems.
  • Outstanding editing and proofreading abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work on time.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive content decisions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and effectively communicate ideas.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with email marketing and social media platforms is a plus.
  • Experience in the recruitment industry is advantageous but not required.
