We’re looking for a Commercial Litigation Attorney to take on a 3–6 month contract, starting immediately. Advise on and manage a range of commercial litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, correspondence, and advisory notes
Represent the business in disputes, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations
Conduct legal research and provide clear, commercially practical guidance
Manage case files and coordinate with external counsel where required
Support the internal legal team with risk assessments, reporting, and strategic advice

Requirements

Admitted Attorney with a minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience in commercial litigation
Proven ability to handle complex disputes independently, from drafting through to resolution
Strong negotiation, critical thinking, and communication skills
Immediate availability for a 3–6 month contract
Prior exposure to arbitration, cross-border disputes, or high-value commercial matters would be an advantage
