This established business in the property industry requires a strong Financial Accountant with proven industry experience to ensure accurate reporting and compliance. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management, gaining exposure across a wide portfolio while leveraging their technical expertise in property finance systems and reporting.
Other duties include:
- Preparing monthly management accounts and financial statements.
- Handling reconciliations, journals, and general ledger maintenance.
- Ensuring accurate reporting using Caseware.
- Managing property-related transactions and financial processes.
- Utilizing MDA to support the property portfolio’s financial operations.
- Completed BCom degree
- 3–5 years’ post-articles experience.
- Property industry exposure – non-negotiable.
- MDA systems experience.
- Strong Caseware knowledge.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
