A successful candidate will be able to provide evidence of:

Demonstrated experience leading the functional design and architecture of complex financial systems (ideally Calypso) within a capital markets environment.
A history of creating and executing robust, end-to-end testing strategies for financial reporting or accounting system modules.
Proven ability to translate highly complex business and accounting requirements into detailed functional specifications.
Experience acting as a subject matter expert or mentor, contributing to the growth and development of a team.
A strong understanding of the full trade lifecycle, P&L reporting, and accounting principles within a treasury or CIB environment.
