Driver Trainer – Cape Town

• Matric or equivalent • Must be a qualified Assessor • Must have at least 6 years experience as a driver •Must have experience working with cryogenic liquide • Must have some knowledge of the National Road Traffic Act and audit • Certificates in 1st Aid and Fire fighting will be an advantage • Operator Combination Vehicle • Dangerous Goods • Conflict Management • Planning & Organising • Motivational Skills • Flexibility • Computer Skill • Problem Solving • Time management • Customer Relations • Liaise with Customers and address requirements

• Schedule and execute training at contract level in line with academy theory schedule • Liaise with Contract Manager to understand driver profiles through measurement tools • Maintain driver files for contract on learner management system • Ensure accurate and timeous capturing of data onto the system • Coach drivers to improve performance
