- Computer Literate
- Excellent Communication written skills
- Serious and passionate about customer service and working in a customer service industry
- Previous call centre experience
- Fluent in Tshivenda , Tsonga , English .Â
- Customer focus

- Excellent communication skills
- High level of professionalism and an understanding ethical conduct.
