EXPERIENCE: 5+ Years in a Freight Logistics sales role
COMMENCEMENT: ASAPLOCATION: GautengQualifications/Experience Required
- 5–8 years in freight forwarding, logistics, or transport sales
- Proven track record in business development and customer acquisition
- A university degree and strong commercial acumen
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, resilient, and results-focused
- Identify and win new B2B customers across air, ocean, and road freight
- Manage and grow a portfolio of medium to large clients
- Understand customer needs and recommend end-to-end logistics solutions
- Deliver high-impact presentations and negotiate commercial terms
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless customer onboarding
- Drive pipeline development, CRM accuracy, and achievement of sales KPIs
