Junior Production Manager - Meyerton

- Assist the Production Manager in planning and overseeing daily production operations
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and adherence to safety and quality standards
- Coordinate with various departments including logistics, maintenance, and quality assurance
- Maintain accurate records of production output, downtime, and material usage
- Identify bottlenecks or delays in the production process and recommend solutions
- Support staff training and performance development initiatives
- Enforce company policies and health & safety regulations on the production floor
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive productivity and reduce waste
- Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent
- National Diploma or Degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (advantageous)
- 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Working knowledge of production planning and quality control principles
- Computer literate (MS Office; ERP systems beneficial)
- Energetic and eager to grow into a senior role within the company
- Salary: negotiable
