- SAP knowledge.
- Aptitude for identifying financial challenges, developing innovative solutions, and making strategic decisions to overcome obstacles and drive success.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, delegate tasks effectively, and foster a collaborative work environment to achieve financial goals.
- Participation in projects.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate financial information, policies, and strategies to stakeholders.
- Monthly performance analysis and presentation of findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Preparation and review of monthly reconciliations for various technical insurance balances and profit commission calculations.
- Compiling information and conducting analysis for IFRS 1.
- Qualified CA(SA)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in insurance
