Minimum requirements:
  • Matric with a relevant qualification in Business Administration or Accounting (BCom advantageous)
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Legal Bookkeeper
  • Strong knowledge of trust and business account reconciliations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Pastel, Pastel Payroll & HR, and Legal Suite
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and reconcile trust and business bank accounts
  • Prepare financial and management statements
  • Process statutory returns (VAT201, EMP201, EMP501, UIF, COIDA)
  • Handle payroll, leave management, and salary processing
  • Maintain general ledger, fixed asset register, petty cash, and reconciliations
